Nestled inside the shop is the CalmYogiBae Meditation & Yoga Services studio; a private yoga studio for prenatal and postpartum yoga, restorative yoga, vinyasa, meditation and mindfulness experiences. We offer one-on-one and small group classes up to four students.

Nichelle’s Doula Services and Pregnancy Help Center educates, loves, advocates for, offers emotional and physical support to birthing persons during their pregnancy, labor/birthing, and postpartum journey.
We have partnered with Harmonious Birthing to also offer Midwifery Care which include prenatal visits, home birth delivery, newborn screenings and birth certificate filings. Early gender blood testing also available with our Midwife.
Now offering Birth Plan Workshops, Dad/Partner Prep Workshops, Newborn Care Classes to better educate and prepare the family for the amazing experiences ahead.
