- 24/7 phone/text/email support as needed during pregnancy and immediately postpartum up to 12 week postpartum
- Follow up after doctor or midwife appt. to discuss any new information and how it plays a role in your labor plan
- Birth plan guidance
- Offer referrals to birth classes and other professional services (i.e. chiropractic care, massage services, etc.)
- Patient advocacy during labor and birth
- Attendance at birth once admitted or once active labor has clearly began (will not labor at home with client)
- Lactation education as needed before and after delivery
- Belly casting session
- Maternity photoshoot REFERRAL
- 2 postpartum visits
- 1st is within 72 hours of delivery (1 week of herbal veggies soups will be delivered)
- 2nd is within 1 week after 6 weeks clearance dr or midwife check up (v-steam session will take place—discuss 3 day fruit & herb detox options and schedule delivery or pickup)
- 2 in person/in studio prenatal yoga sessions per month
- 4 postnatal yoga sessions after 6 week clearance to be completed within 2 months
- 2 calm birth meditation sessions (audio clips available for $19.99)
