This class is perfect for the everyday person looking to learn more about herbs, their benefits, their purpose and how to use them for yourself and your household/loved ones. It is also perfect for anyone that is interested in creating herbal blends for their business and/or community. What will you receive? Herbal profiles with descriptions, benefits, and preparation methods. Recipe cards for tea blends and yoni steaming mixes. Safety guidelines for using herbs Supplies: Dried herbs (will be provided) Teapots, cups, and brewing accessories. Mixing bowls and storage bags for tea and yoni steaming herbs.
